Flange Hex Head Screw
Flange hex head screw is an integrated anti-loosening fastener that combines hex head and serrated flange washer as one single piece, widely used in vibration-prone mechanical assembly scenarios.
Forged integrally from carbon steel or stainless steel, this screw eliminates the need for separate flat washers during installation, effectively simplifying assembly steps and shortening construction time. The serrated anti-slip teeth distributed under the flange can bite firmly into the workpiece surface after tightening, providing reliable anti-loosening performance against long-term vibration and load impact.
The regular six-sided hex head matches socket wrenches, open-end wrenches and torque spanners perfectly, supporting standardized torque control to ensure consistent clamping force. Two thread types are available: full thread for thin multi-layer parts and half thread for thick stacked workpieces, meeting diverse assembly thickness demands.
Multiple surface treatment solutions are supplied for different environments: electroplated zinc for general indoor and mild outdoor use, hot dip galvanized for heavy anti-corrosion engineering, and stainless steel versions for coastal, humid and slightly corrosive working conditions.
All finished flange hex screws pass tensile strength, hardness, salt spray and thread precision tests before delivery, complying with international mechanical fastening standards. Custom lengths and special surface treatments can be produced to fulfill bulk export order requirements.
