JINGLE supplies stainless steel wedge anchors for fastening into concrete and solid stone. Importers, distributors and project buyers can order metric or imperial threads, multiple lengths and customized packing.
Wedge anchors are ordered by more than thread diameter. Concrete strength, embedment, fixture thickness, edge distance and the service environment all affect the correct choice. JINGLE supplies stainless steel wedge anchors to construction fastener distributors, fixing-system importers, equipment manufacturers and project purchasing teams.
The expansion clip sits near the embedded end of the anchor. When the nut is tightened, the clip bears against the wall of the drilled hole and develops the mechanical hold. This product is intended for suitable concrete or solid-stone base material; it is not a hollow-wall fixing. As a stainless steel wedge anchor supplier, JINGLE offers common metric and imperial programs plus OEM packing for repeat orders.

The grade still needs attention even when stainless steel has already been chosen. On the RFQ, note indoor or outdoor use, chemical contact, salt air, wash-down exposure or any other known condition. Where a standard or certificate is mandatory, send the clause or document list with the RFQ. We will compare it with the proposed anchor before price is confirmed.
Appearance is not a safe way to approve a substitution. A zinc- or hot-dip-galvanized carbon-steel version is a different order item from a plain stainless version. Put three separate entries—material, grade and finish—on the PO. That gives the receiving inspector a clear basis for the check.
Where Buyers Use This Anchor
Most enquiries involve a steel part fixed to concrete: a base plate, equipment bracket, service platform, guard, handrail support or warehouse fitting. Distributors also order the same family for shelf stock, packed loose or in small boxes. Tell us which situation applies because a stock refill and a documented project do not follow the same review.
The Drawing Must Cover Installation
The anchor cannot be separated from the way it is installed. The drilling diameter, hole depth, cleaning method, embedment, edge spacing, anchor spacing and tightening torque must match the design and the exact anchor supplied. The concrete condition and strength class also need to be known.
Mark the fixing position and check the required edge and anchor spacing.
Drill to the specified diameter and depth with suitable equipment.
Remove drilling dust using the approved cleaning sequence.
Insert the assembled anchor through the fixture and seat it to the required embedment.
Tighten the nut to the value stated for that anchor and application.
If cracked concrete, seismic work, fire performance or a regulated structural connection is involved, send the named approval and project criteria. Availability must be checked against the requested specification. Samples can be arranged for fit checks, but a sample trial is not a substitute for engineering approval.
Commercial Details for Distributors and Projects
JINGLE can quote the anchor, nut, washer and packing as one delivered item. For branded hardware ranges, attach the artwork and state pieces per box, barcode and master-carton limits. Project buyers should add the size schedule, required documents and delivery sequence. Mixed sizes or special packing can change the production route, so they should appear in the first RFQ.
When comparing a stainless steel wedge anchor supplier, check whether the quotation follows your material grade, thread standard and pack count—not just the product name. We can review drawings, reference samples and size lists before confirming price. A straight carton order usually plans differently from mixed lengths in printed boxes. We set the minimum and production date after seeing that mix.
Before You Send the Enquiry
Write the diameter, length, thread series and quantity on one size schedule. Beside it, add the stainless grade—or the carbon-steel specification—plus the concrete condition, embedment and fixture thickness. Finish the note with the coating or test requirement, inspection papers, nut and washer, packing, destination and required date. A marked drawing is welcome if it is easier than a written list.
Questions from Purchasing Teams
Our drawing says 304 or 316. Can you quote both?
Yes. State the required grade on the enquiry and purchase order. If your project cites a standard or document type, attach that requirement so the team can review it before confirming supply.
What size range is available?
The regular series starts at M6 and runs to M24; imperial requests cover 1/4 inch through 1 inch. Lengths are normally 40-300 mm. Customized lengths are subject to a drawing and production review.
Are metric and imperial threads both available?
Metric, UNC and UNF options are listed. Send the exact diameter, pitch or thread-per-inch requirement to avoid a mismatch with the nut or fixture.
Can wedge anchors be used in brick or hollow block?
This page covers anchors for suitable concrete and solid stone. Do not assume the same performance in brick, block or hollow substrates; those bases require a separately selected fixing.
How should I specify the required load?
Provide the design load, direction, safety factor, base material, spacing, edge distance and governing approval or test method. Capacity cannot be chosen from diameter alone.
Do you provide OEM boxes and labels?
Yes. Send the artwork, pack count, barcode, label position, carton mark and order quantity. We will include the packing work in the commercial review.
