This countersunk head timber screw is a heavy-duty fastener specially developed for all kinds of timber construction projects.
It is cold forged from Grade 4.8 carbon steel with yellow zinc plating, delivering superior rust resistance compared to conventional blue zinc screws, suitable for outdoor and slightly damp construction scenarios. The Torx countersunk head can be completely embedded under the wood surface after tightening, leaving no protruding parts to maintain a neat finished appearance.
The twisted cutting section on the shank cleanly cuts wood fibers while driving, effectively solving the cracking problem of hardwood and thin composite boards. Long coarse thread tightly locks into timber grain, stable enough to resist loosening caused by wood seasonal expansion and contraction.
Different from wafer head timber screws, the countersunk design is more widely used in invisible decoration and frame connection. All finished screws pass pull-out load, torsion and salt spray tests before delivery to meet timber construction hardware standards. Customers can customize screw length and surface treatment according to different engineering demands.
