T Head Bolt

This T head bolt is a dedicated special fastener matched with overhead power transmission and distribution line hardware fittings, widely used for locking and connecting various power clamps, tower fittings and electrical accessories. It belongs to essential auxiliary power line fittings.

The product is integrally hot forged from high tensile medium carbon steel. The integrated thick T-shaped head provides large contact bearing area, which can be embedded into reserved T-type grooves of power fittings to realize anti-slip and anti-rotation positioning during tightening. The fully threaded shank is equipped with a matched hex nut, which can quickly lock power hardware firmly.

The raw forged black blank can be further processed by hot dip galvanization as customer demands. The dense zinc coating covers the entire bolt surface, effectively resisting rain erosion, snow corrosion and coastal salt mist, perfectly adapting to long-term outdoor overhead power line operation environments. The precision full metric thread has smooth tooth profile without burrs, ensuring stable locking and avoiding loosening caused by long-term line vibration.

T head bolts are widely applied in suspension clamps, tension clamps, cable support fittings, transmission tower connection hardware and distribution cabinet assembly. The unique T head structure solves the slippage problem of ordinary hex bolts during power fitting installation, greatly improving construction efficiency and connection reliability of power engineering.
