Hammer Fixing Anchor
Hammer Fixing Anchor is an integrated one-piece expansion fastener combining ribbed plastic sleeve and countersunk steel screw, designed for fast hammer-in installation in residential and commercial decoration projects.
The plastic sleeve is made of high-toughness PE material with continuous annular anti-slip ribs. After inserting the sleeve into pre-drilled holes, simply hammer the screw head inward to drive the screw deep, pushing the front end of plastic sleeve to expand outward and tightly grip the hole wall for stable locking. The stop flange on the sleeve controls insertion depth and prevents the plug from sinking into the wall.
The matched carbon steel screw adopts yellow zinc plated finish to form anti-rust protective coating, resisting daily indoor moisture and dust erosion. The cross countersunk head enables flush mounting after installation, maintaining a neat wall surface without protruding parts.
This hammer-in anchor greatly shortens construction time compared with separate plastic wall plugs, with low expansion pressure that avoids cracking fragile porous brick substrates. A full range of sizes covers common specifications for door frame, cabinet and trim fixing work.
Custom sleeve lengths and plastic colors are available to match different wall thicknesses and decoration demands. All finished hammer fixing anchors pass pull-out load test before delivery, complying with safety fixing standards for interior decoration and door & window installation engineering.
