M6 Reinforzed Clamp With Rubber Lining

This rubber lined pipe clamp is a dedicated silent pipeline support fitting, mainly used to eliminate water flow vibration and running water noise in building water supply and drainage systems, widely matched with PPR, PVC and galvanized steel pipes.

The clamp body is stamped and bent from thick galvanized carbon steel sheet, with two tightening bolts on both sides to adjust the hoop opening range, realizing tight wrapping for different outer diameter pipes. The inner wall is equipped with thick multi-layer EPDM rubber liner, which can buffer pipeline vibration, isolate metal hard contact abrasion, and effectively reduce resonance noise transmitted to walls and ceilings. The rubber material features excellent compression resistance, aging resistance and waterproof performance, and will not crack or fall off after long-term buried and concealed use.

A hexagon internal thread nut is welded and fixed at the bottom of the hoop, which can be directly assembled with standard threaded suspender rods to complete overhead suspension installation on ceilings, wall brackets and pipe supports. The overall galvanized steel structure effectively resists indoor humid environment rust, extending the service life of pipeline fixing components.

Compared with ordinary full-metal pipe clamps without rubber lining, this shock-absorbing clamp solves the problem of running water noise disturbing residents, which is a standard supporting fitting for high-end silent decoration projects. Complete size series covers common household and commercial pipeline calibers, with stable clamping force and no pipe displacement under long-term water pressure impact.

We support customized hoop inner diameter, rubber hardness and bottom thread size according to construction drawings. All finished clamps pass clamping force test, salt spray anti-corrosion test and vibration noise reduction test before delivery, meeting the mute and anti-corrosion technical requirements of modern building pipeline systems.
