M6 double Clamp With Fixed Screw

This double pipe clamp with fixed screw is an integrated dual-tube fastener, specially designed to fix two parallel electrical conduits at one time, greatly improving wiring installation efficiency for electrical renovation projects.

The whole body is integrally stamped from high-strength carbon steel strip, forming two connected circular hoops. Each hoop is equipped with a side tightening bolt to adjust the inner diameter, which can tightly wrap two PVC conduits of the same specification without displacement or slipping under long-term use. The inner smooth arc surface prevents scratching plastic pipe outer walls, avoiding pipeline cracking and circuit safety hazards.

A matched self-tapping wood screw is pre-mounted at the bottom connecting section of the double hoop. Construction workers can directly drive the screw into wooden walls, wood keels and wood boards with an electric screwdriver to complete fixing two pipes in one operation, reducing repeated drilling and installation steps.
