L Type Hook Bolt
This L bolt is a multi-purpose bent fastening hook, integrally cold-bent from carbon steel wire for mechanical suspension and fixing applications.
The straight section is fully covered with standard rolling thread, which can cooperate with hex nuts and washers to clamp plates, brackets and other workpieces freely, with adjustable fastening position according to workpiece thickness. The shank is bent 90 degrees into a smooth hook arm, and the end is flat and rounded without sharp edges to prevent scratching hung parts or operators.
Blue white zinc electroplating is adopted on the surface to form a compact anti-rust protective layer, effectively slowing down oxidation and rust in indoor and slightly humid workshop environments. One-piece bending molding eliminates weak welding seams, making the bolt not easy to break under tension or bending load compared with welded hook fasteners.
