Insulator Clevis D Iron Bracket
This D iron clevis bracket is a stamped U-shaped support power fitting specially designed for mounting and fixing overhead line insulators, widely installed on utility pole cross arms to hang pin insulators and suspension insulators in distribution power grids.
The bracket is integrally cold-stamped from thick Q235 carbon steel plate, with smooth bending transition and uniform plate thickness, delivering strong bending resistance and load-bearing capacity to stably hold insulators under cable tension. Three precision punched mounting holes are reserved on both vertical arms and the bottom base, which perfectly match standard power hex bolts and carriage bolts for quick on-site assembly and locking.
After stamping forming, the whole bracket undergoes full hot dip galvanizing treatment. A dense, uniform zinc layer covers all surfaces including hole inner walls and bending corners, effectively blocking erosion from rain, snow and coastal salt mist, adapting to long-term outdoor exposure of overhead power distribution lines without rust failure.
The U-shaped double-arm structure provides stable clamping and suspension space for insulators, avoiding insulator deflection and abrasion during line operation. It simplifies the insulator mounting process on pole cross arms, greatly improving power construction efficiency and line operation safety.
Insulator clevis D iron brackets are core supporting hardware for 10kV, 35kV overhead distribution networks, extensively used in rural power grid renovation, urban distribution pole erection and outdoor transformer station auxiliary wiring projects.
We support customized dimensions according to insulator models and engineering drawings, including adjustable bracket height, steel plate thickness and hole layout. All finished brackets pass thickness inspection, galvanized layer thickness test and load-bearing bending test before delivery, fully complying with national overhead power line hardware anti-corrosion and mechanical strength standards.
