Hex Head Adjustment Bolt for Power Fittings
This hex head adjustment bolt is a special threaded tension component matched with overhead power line stay wire hardware fittings, mainly used to adjust the tension of steel wire ropes on utility poles and transmission towers, and cooperate with triple eye nuts and guy clamps to form a complete guy anchoring system.
The product is machined from high-tensile Q235 medium carbon steel bar. The whole shank is full threaded for long-distance tension fine-tuning. One end is designed with a solid hex head for torque operation with standard wrenches; the other end is reserved with multiple pin holes for inserting cotter pins to lock the nut and prevent loosening caused by long-term line vibration. The matched hex nut also comes with a pin hole for reliable anti-loosening positioning after tension calibration.
The whole bolt adopts hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment. A thick and uniform zinc layer covers the hex head, thread and perforated section, effectively resisting rain erosion, snow corrosion and coastal salt fog, adapting to all harsh outdoor power construction environments. Precision full metric threads have complete tooth profile without burrs, which can keep stable clamping force after repeated tightening and adjustment.
It is widely applied to wooden and concrete utility pole stay wire fixing, transmission tower stay wire anchoring and overhead distribution line tension adjustment projects. The multi-hole design at the rod end allows flexible selection of locking positions according to on-site tension requirements, greatly improving the accuracy and stability of guy wire adjustment during power construction and maintenance.
We support fully customized production according to power engineering drawings and samples, including adjustable bolt length, thread diameter, hole spacing and galvanized coating thickness, and brand logos can be stamped on the hex head surface. All finished adjustment bolts pass strict factory inspections including tensile load test, thread matching test and galvanized layer thickness detection, fully meeting the load-bearing and anti-corrosion technical standards of national overhead power transmission line hardware.
