Shield Anchor
Shield Anchor is a heavy-duty metal expansion sleeve matched with hex bolts, widely used for stable anchoring on solid concrete, red brick and stone substrates in construction, decoration and pipeline engineering.
The sleeve adopts four separated segmented claws with multiple expansion slits. When tightening the matching bolt, the inner conical nut pushes four claws to expand outwards evenly, fully fitting the inner wall of drilled holes and forming large-area friction locking. Balanced expansion force effectively avoids wall cracking and provides reliable anti-pull and anti-shear performance for medium and heavy load fixtures.
A red plastic cap is fitted at the opening end of the shield anchor. It prevents the sleeve from sliding deep into drill holes during installation and serves as a depth marker to standardize construction operations. The whole carbon steel body is color zinc plated to form a compact anti-corrosion layer, resisting long-term erosion of indoor and outdoor moisture and dust.
Different from ordinary single-slit expansion tubes, this four-claw shield anchor delivers uniform circumferential clamping force, making it ideal for heavy-load fixing scenes including air conditioner supports, fire sprinkler hangers and mechanical equipment bases.
