Heavy Duty Anchor
Heavy Duty Anchor is an internal threaded heavy-load expansion fastener specially developed for solid concrete, widely applied in mechanical assembly, fire protection, curtain wall and electrical engineering fields.
This anchor is composed of a slotted expansion shell and integrated inner conical wedge, compatible with hex bolts and threaded studs. Insert the anchor into pre-drilled concrete holes, then tighten the matching bolt to pull the inner wedge upwards. The wedge pushes the segmented slotted shell to expand outward and closely attach to hole walls, forming stable friction locking. The built-in retaining steel ring stops the wedge from sliding down to guarantee stable expansion performance.
The whole carbon steel body is treated with yellow zinc plating to form compact anti-corrosion coating, providing long-term protection against moisture and dust erosion both indoors and outdoors. Complete internal female thread enables convenient disassembly and replacement of fixtures without damaging concrete base.
