Shield Anchor
Shield Anchor is an internal threaded heavy-duty expansion fastener designed exclusively for solid concrete, widely used in mechanical installation, fire protection, curtain wall and electrical engineering.
This anchor consists of a slotted expansion shell and an integrated internal conical wedge, matched with hex bolts or threaded studs. After placing the anchor into the pre-drilled concrete hole, tightening the bolt pulls the internal wedge upward, forcing the segmented slotted shell to expand outward tightly against the hole wall to form stable friction locking. The built-in steel retaining ring prevents the wedge from slipping down to ensure consistent expansion effect.
The entire carbon steel body undergoes color yellow zinc plating treatment to form a dense anti-corrosion protective layer, effectively resisting long-term indoor and outdoor moisture and dust erosion. The full internal female thread allows convenient disassembly and replacement of fixtures without damaging the concrete base.
It adopts an internal expansion design with a smooth flat mounting surface, leaving no protruding parts after installation.
