Hanger Bolt
Hanger bolt is a hybrid double-thread fastener specially designed for connecting solid wood and metal furniture accessories, widely used in modern furniture manufacturing industry.
Integrally forged from carbon steel with blue white zinc electroplating, it forms a dense rust-proof protective layer suitable for indoor dry furniture environments. This screw adopts unique dual-thread structure: one side is deep coarse self-tapping wood thread with sharp tip, which can drill firmly into solid wood without pre-drilling holes; the other side is standard machine thread, perfectly matched with metal nuts, metal table legs and other metal fittings.
A flat hexagonal driving shank is reserved in the middle position, which can be clamped by open-end wrench to rotate the whole screw stably without slipping during installation. The tail of machine thread is equipped with Torx recess, providing an alternative installation method with screwdriver for narrow operation space.
