Forged Triple Eye Nut

This forged triple eye nut is a professional load-bearing power fitting specially used for tension fixing and adjustment of overhead power line stay wires, matching with anchor rods and guy bolts to realize tight locking of steel wire ropes. It is one of the core guy tension fittings in power distribution engineering.

The whole product adopts one-piece hot forging process with thickened solid wall, which has extremely high tensile strength and impact resistance, capable of bearing the long-term static tension of power stay wires without deformation or cracking. The inner side is designed with three arc-shaped anti-slip grooves, which can closely fit the surface of steel wire ropes, increasing friction to prevent the wire rope from slipping under tension, effectively improving the safety of overhead line guying systems.

The end is equipped with precision tapped full metric internal thread, which can be stably matched with various power anchor rods and timber bolts to flexibly adjust the tightness and tension of stay wires during pole tower construction and daily line maintenance. The overall surface is treated by hot dip galvanizing to form a compact and uniform zinc protective layer, fully resisting rainwater erosion, snow corrosion and coastal salt fog, adapting to all kinds of harsh outdoor long-term power operation environments.
