Drop In Anchor
Drop In Anchor is an internal threaded heavy-duty expansion fastener specially designed for solid concrete, widely used in mechanical assembly, fire protection, curtain wall and electrical engineering projects.
This anchor features knurled outer surface and longitudinal expansion slits, equipped with complete internal female thread for matching hex bolts and threaded studs. After inserting the anchor into pre-drilled concrete holes, hammer the internal expansion plug downwards to push the slotted tube expand outward and tightly lock against hole walls, forming stable bearing force.
The whole carbon steel body adopts zinc plated finish to form dense anti-rust protective layer, effectively resisting long-term indoor and outdoor moisture and dust erosion. The built-in expansion plug avoids falling off during installation and ensures consistent expansion effect.
With internal expansion structure, the anchor leaves flat and flush surface after installation without protruding parts, suitable for high-standard fixing projects requiring neat appearance and heavy load capacity. Complete size series covers all mainstream engineering thread specifications.
Custom shell lengths are available to match various concrete thickness demands. All finished drop in anchors pass pull-out load test and salt spray anti-corrosion inspection before delivery, fully complying with safety anchoring standards for construction, machinery and fire protection projects.
