Round Head Carriage Bolt for Power Fittings
This carriage bolt is a dedicated fastener matching overhead power line and wooden utility pole power fittings, widely used for assembling cable clamps, pole brackets and various distribution line hardware accessories. It belongs to standard auxiliary power hardware fitting.
Integrally forged with a smooth round mushroom head and integrated square neck under the head, the square neck can be embedded into the prefabricated square groove of power fittings or wooden poles to realize automatic anti-rotation positioning during tightening, avoiding bolt rotation when screwing nuts and greatly improving on-site power construction efficiency. The smooth arc round head will not scratch cables, insulating parts and operators during installation and long-term operation.
Two material options are available for different power engineering scenarios: medium carbon steel with full hot dip galvanized treatment for ordinary inland overhead power lines; 304 stainless steel type for coastal, high humidity and strong corrosive power grid projects. The dense protective layer fully covers the bolt surface to resist rain, snow and salt fog erosion for long-term outdoor service.
The precision partial metric thread features complete tooth profile without burrs, which can maintain stable clamping force under long-term line vibration and will not loose easily. It is perfectly matched with standard hex nuts for quick locking of all kinds of power pole fittings.
Carriage bolts are extensively applied to wooden utility pole stay wire fittings, parallel groove clamps, suspension clamp assemblies and power pole support hardware. We support customized bolt length, thread size and surface treatment according to power construction drawings and samples, and brand logos can be stamped on the bolt shank.
All finished carriage bolts pass strict factory tests including tensile load test, thread matching inspection and anti-corrosion layer thickness detection, fully complying with the load-bearing and anti-rust technical standards of national overhead power transmission line fittings.
