Long Shank Type Crossarm Pin
This long shank crossarm pin is a dedicated power fitting specially designed for mounting pin insulators on utility pole cross arms, widely used in medium and low voltage overhead distribution networks to fix insulators and bear cable vertical load.
The product is integrally forged and machined with a multi-section long shank structure. It is equipped with an integrated circular retaining disc in the middle, which acts as a positioning stop to avoid over-penetration during insulator installation and evenly disperse compression stress on cross arms. One end is a coarse anti-slip thread matched with insulator inner hole; the other end is full metric thread for locking with standard hex nuts. The thread tip adopts special black anti-slip coating to enhance friction and prevent insulator loosening under long-term wire vibration.
The whole body is hot dip galvanized to form a dense zinc protective film covering the shank, positioning disc and threaded segments. It effectively isolates rain, snow and coastal salt fog erosion, solving rust and failure problems of outdoor pole hardware under long-term exposure.
