Shield Anchor
Shield Anchor is a lightweight expansion sleeve specially designed for porous masonry and soft brick walls, widely used for light load decorative and electrical fixing works.
The anchor body is made of carbon steel with multiple annular ribs and vertical expansion slits. When tightening the matched machine screw, the shield tube expands evenly to closely fit irregular drilled hole inner walls. The material disperses expansion pressure evenly, effectively preventing fragile bricks from cracking during installation.
The multi-rib outer surface increases friction contact area with hole walls, delivering stable pull-out resistance for light-weight fixtures. The integral forming structure has no loose components, making installation simple and efficient without auxiliary caps.
Different from rigid steel shield anchors, this shield anchor features ductile property, making it the preferred fastener for aged bricks, aerated bricks and porous masonry substrates that are prone to crack under hard expansion force. Complete small-size series covers all common light decoration specifications.
Custom tube lengths and inner thread sizes are available to match different screw models and wall thickness demands. All finished shield anchors pass pull-out load test before shipment, complying with safety fixing standards of interior light decoration and electrical engineering projects.
