Hanger Clamp

This pear shaped loop hanger is a heavy-duty pipeline suspension fitting, widely used for overhead mounting and supporting fire sprinkler pipes, HVAC ducts and various plumbing pipelines in commercial buildings, factories and residential construction projects.

The product is integrally stamped from thick galvanized carbon steel strip and formed into a smooth pear oval loop. The large curved contact surface evenly distributes the pipeline weight, avoiding concentrated pressure deformation and scratch damage to pipe outer walls. A threaded swivel stud is fixed at the bottom of the loop, which can freely rotate to adjust installation angles, perfectly adapting to sloped ceilings and complex pipeline layout environments.

The whole fitting adopts galvanized anti-corrosion treatment. A compact zinc layer fully covers the band surface and threaded joint, resisting moisture, water vapor and indoor air corrosion, ensuring long-term stable service under ceiling concealed installation conditions. The steel strip has excellent tensile strength, bearing heavy pipe load without bending or cracking.

Clear size specifications are embossed on the outer band for quick matching with different caliber pipes during construction. The threaded stud matches standard threaded rods and ceiling fasteners, realizing fast suspended assembly without complicated auxiliary processing.

Pear shaped pipe hangers are the standard suspension hardware for fire protection and HVAC engineering. Compared with ordinary circular pipe clamps, the pear-shaped structure provides larger wrapping area and safer load-bearing performance.
